Odd fitting

I love this skirt but unfortunately I did not look at the reviews before purchasing. The skirt is beautiful! However, it does fit tight around the hips and loose around the waist.

Tight around the hips. Should have another inch or two due to the cut of the skirt. Overall good material and can stretch over time but has little to no spandex or give.

Did not fit as expected
