Easy Returns & Exchanges
At KnowStyle, we want you to be pleased with your purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, you may exchange, replace or credit your purchase when it is presented in *new condition.
Eligible items may be returned for **online store credit only. Items purchased online may not be returned or exchanged in person at any KnowStyle store location. If you wish to return for a refund, there will be a 10% restocking fee which will be deducted from your original order amount. The original cost of shipping will not be refunded, and you are responsible for the cost of the return shipping. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. KnowStyle must receive the returned item within 14 days of return authorization. Please keep the return tracking information for your records. KnowStyle is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. KnowStyle does not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation of returned packages lost in transit without proof of delivery to KnowStyle.
Please follow the steps below for your return:
1. Notify us your return via email(email@example.com) with your order number.
2. Print and fill out KnowStyle Return Material Authorization Form and place it in the box with the item(s) being returned.
3. Securely pack the necessary items along with the invoice in the original packaging and ship it back to us.
-RETURNS MUST BE IN ORIGINAL CONDITION-
*To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, free of makeup stains, unaltered, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
15 Day Standard Return Policy
Our return policy lasts 15 days because we receive new items every day and sell out of items very quickly. We will gladly pay your return shipping if item was not what was ordered or defective.
The following items are non-returnable.
- All accessories(Jewelry, hats, belts, bags, scarves and others)
- All intimate and bodysuit items
- Final sale items
RETURN TO THE FOLLOWING ADDRESS:
KnowStyle will gladly exchange an item for **online store credit only. Please follow our normal return procedure for your exchange. Packages sent without first contacting us will not be accepted. Your item must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and in the same condition that you received it.
Please make sure that the items are packed up properly and cannot get damaged on the way! We will issue the online store credit after your returns have been received. Reorder any item you wish to exchange with the online store credit.
Once we have received your package, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will be notified via email at the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Please note that your banking institution may require additional days to process and post the transaction to your account. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
We check all the items we send out in person but if by chance the item was not what was ordered, defective or damaged we will gladly refund the total amount of order including the original shipping.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org.
**Online store credit is a form of gift card that can be used on our website. In returns, online store credit is issued after we receive return item(s).
